Each project page should explain the problem, the implementation, and the current state clearly.

What makes it calm

• Clear hierarchy before visual effects.
• Specific project language instead of generic builder copy.
• Motion that confirms state changes instead of demanding attention.
• Fewer surface areas, but better labels.

Practical rule

If a section does not help someone understand the work faster, it should be removed or moved deeper into the record.
